Registration

To register for classes and reserve your seat,

  1. Call to verify seating availability.
  2. Download Class Registration Form* and Welcome Letter* or we will be happy to mail the form to you.
  3. Return the completed Class Registration Form*
  4. Provide payment in full

Confirmation Policy

A seat in the class is not reserved, nor will the enrollment be confirmed, until CAD Solutions receives (a) payment in full and (b) the Class Registration Form. Until both of these items are received, CAD Solutions is only tentatively holding a seat for the student.  If a waiting list forms, the student will lose his seat.

 Payment Policy  

Full payment is due at registration. CAD Solutions accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa. Enrollment is not confirmed nor is seat reserved until payment is received. Any applicable discounts will be honored only if payment is received no later than the first day of class. Fees include tuition and applicable course materials.

All classes are guaranteed!

If for any reason you wish to re-take a class or any portion of it, you can do so for free for up to one year from the original class date. (Based on the space available basis in a regularly scheduled class) Just call and let us know which class you would like to re-take.

Class retakes are limited to CAD Solutions scheduled open enrollment classes. Enrollment is on a standby (space available) basis and must be in the same specific course (same name, same software version) that was originally attended. Student must bring original class materials back to class; new materials will not be provided. Travel and related costs are the responsibility of the student. CAD Solutions reserves the right to cancel any open enrollment class, and certain CAD Solutions classes are offered only on an infrequent or onetime basis.

Class refunds must be requested in writing within 30 days after the end of the class attended and require the return of all class materials and certificate of completion. Refunds will be made within 30 days after written notice is received and materials are returned
